Bedroom + Office Reveal // Tropical Wallpapers from Hovia
I can’t believe this is my first “home” blog post! In case you missed it, Anush and I became first time homeowners earlier this year. Being such tropical lovers, Anush and I were both particular to have a flowing tropical vibe throughout our home.
We are both a huge fan of tropical prints and wanted an accent wall in our master bedroom and what better way to make a statement than a beautiful tropical wallpaper! I scouted tons of websites until I found Hovia! Hovia makes BEAUTIFUL wallpapers in so many different styles and themes. Their designs are absolutely stunning, subtle and so perfect for what we were looking for. Their wallpapers are ethically sourced, using only the highest quality materials to ensure a vivid print with great definition. Aside from the paper being sustainably sourced, their toner is water based, so 100% environmentally friendly.
The whole process online is seamless and so easy. You can either choose a custom fit wallpaper or a standard repeat pattern. The main difference between the two is that in the former you can upload your own design or image, but in the latter you can only choose from their amazing designs.
Once you select the wallpaper, you can specify your wall dimensions, review the proof and then you are ready for installation. Their online installation guide is super helpful for this. Depending on the style of paper you get the design printed on you choose the installation might vary. We opted for the peel and stick kind of wallpaper which was easy to install on our own. But we hired a specialist as our ceilings were vaulted in the bedroom and the accent wall in my office had a window in the middle so the wallpaper had to be neatly installed around this.
MASTER BEDROOM
Hovia has a whole section for just tropical wallpapers to choose from! We got the stunning Redoute print for the bedroom. This vintage aesthetic is created with a touch of modern freshness from the contemporary tones used including, dusty pink, mustard and teal. I am obsessed with the natural blush tones of this print which matches our bedroom decor aesthetic so perfectly. This print also comes in other colors.

OFFICE
For my office I chose the Rio Pink stylewhich is so quintessential tropical! I love the fesh and relaxing vibe of this classic pink and green tropical print. This print also comes in other colors.
