For the second part of our stay in Anguilla, we wanted to stay right on Shoal Bay and our choice to stay at Zemi Beach House could not have been more perfect. Ever since this boutique hotel opened in 2016 I have had my eyes set on it, thanks to Vogue naming it as one of the Hottest new hotels of 2016 as well as it being featured on Conde Nast Traveller’s hot list 2017 among tons of other accolades. This luxury resort has a chic contemporary vibe while still giving you that laidback island feeling. We loved how lush and tranquil this tropical escape was with all the greenery around the premises as you can see below. Also don’t miss the special offer the resort is providing to all my followers all the way in the bottom of my post!

The resort is set on 6 oceanfront acres along breathtaking Shoal Bay east (above) with views for days from every corner. See more in this post about Shoal Bay. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the Bay from our Ocean View room every morning. For the first few days we were at Zemi, Anush and I didn’t want to step out at all, there was so much to see and do at our own resort ! Every morning started with a delicious American buffet breakfast at one of their 2 restaurants on property called 20 Knots. For those of you who don’t know this about me, breakfast is a huge deal for me haha as its my fave meal of the day! So a delicious breakfast like this with a million dollar view in a toes-in-the-sand kinda restaurant was basically heaven in my books.

After breakfast, the hard choice was between getting some vitamin sea at Shoal Bay right at the footsteps of the resort or soaking in the sunshine at Zemi’s insta-worthy pools! There are tons of water sports to choose from like snorkelling, stand up paddleboarding, etc for a fun beach day at the resort, but Anush and I skipped that in exchange for an afternoon in the pool. How gorgeous is this pool!
We also got a tour of one of the suites here at Zemi; one word to describe it – goals!! Ugh I wanted to move in that instant, I mean look at that million dollar view!

Other fun activities include tennis, Rum tastings at the Rhum Room or pampering yourself with a luxurious spa session at the Zemi Thai Spa. The spa day was our highlight of our stay here at Zemi! It was voted World’s best new spa in 2016 and rightly so. The spa is housed within an authentic 300-year-old Thai house. I loved the serene sensation the moment I stepped into the beautiful Spa house, it was so instantly soothing. Anush and I both got a Swedish massage and it was so so amazing. Although my fave part was the Hammam room which was complimentary to all guests. I went back to the Hammam room every morning we were there! Also Just found out this photo below was featured in a recent Brides.com article!
Feeling super rejuvenated after a much needed spa treatment!
