One of the highlights of our trip was definitely Shoal Bay. Voted one of the best beaches in the entire Caribbean and in the world, its beauty is one I can’t put in words! We stayed at Zemi Beach House for the second part of our trip and took complete advantage of the fact that the resort sits right on this beautiful beach. The supersoft , fine white sands against the crystal clear aqua waters was just so breathtakingly beautiful. Anush and I loved walking the pristine stretch of the beach which was surprisingly quite empty – not complaining ! It was so amazing that we had this amazing slice of paradise pretty much all to ourselves. If you ever visit Anguilla , I would recommend spending a whole day at this bay as there are plenty of things to keep you busy. Whether you want to snorkel, dig your toes deep in the sand, take a dip, walk along the stunning shoreline or have a beer at one of the many local shacks on this beach, you’re guaranteed an unforgettable day in a postcard worthy beach.

A few quick words about my outfit – I wore this breezy mini beach dress from Poupette St Barth for the day. I love how lightweight and comfy it is, super easy to slip over your swimmies for a day at the beach or wear out for a casual outing.

I am absolutely loving ribbed bikinis for this season! They look super cute and so effortlessly chic; its like wearing your everyday tee to the beach. I coincidentally wore two ribbed suits on both the days we spent at Shoal Bay. This white Frankies Bikini one from Palapa Lounge Beachwear is one of my faves ever! I remember seeing this on the runway in Miami Swim Week last year and was instantly obsessed and knew I had to have it. How freakin’ adorbs is the ribbed top, that looks like a knotted white crop tee?! The bottom is comfy and flattering too. This other teal Tavik bikini from Bikini.com is also a ribbed style. I love the high neck , stringy back and cheeky bottom.
