Its that time of the year where our craving for a warm weather getaway is at al all time high! Anush and I were looking for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday and we couldn’t think of a better spot than Cabo since it is just 3 hours from California.
This time we stayed at the beautiful Marquis Los Cabos, an adults only luxury all inclusive resort that is part of the Leading Hotels of the World. Set on a pristine coastline between the desert and the Sea of Cortez, the location of this resort is so breathtaking.
We stayed at one of their Ocean View Junior suites. The suite had a bright airy living spaces, spacious bathroom and a balcony with views to die for. We could even spot whales in the distance since this was the peak whale season. What a way to wake up to everyday!
For this trip we didn’t want to do anything but have 2 relaxing resort days and it was perfect to spend our days at Marquis Los Cabos. The resort has 3 stunning pools to choose from with tons of lounge chaises and cabanas to spend your afternoon at.
Should you choose to walk along the stunning oceanfront, the beach is a stone’s throw away! Even though the water isn’t swimmable here, the beach is so gorgeous and the blues are unreal. We loved walking up and down this beautiful beach several times a day.
Marquis Los Cabos has tons of other activities to choose from both on property such as spa treatments, cooking classes, etc as well as off property such as boat charters to visit the arch of Cabo or other scenic spots in the Baja peninsula.
Being all inclusive you are literally spoilt for choice for dining options. There are 5 restaurants and 1 bar on property, all of which ( except 1 restaurant ) are included in your plan. You plan will also include unlimited room service as well. Here are the list of the restaurants and bar :
Overall we had the best 2 days at Marquis Los Cabos and it was exactly what we were looking for – 2 relaxing resort days with beautiful views, yummy food and the best vibes. We would return in a heartbeat!
