Earth Day : Favorite Sustainable Fashion & Beauty Brands

Happy Earth Day everyone! We are so lucky to call this beautiful planet home, so its our duty to protect and preserve our mama Earth. I consciously try to take little steps to start leading a more sustainable life in my day to day life. One of the things I try is to be more aware of sustainable fashion brands that not only make beautiful eco friendly clothes but also do good for the environment. Here are some of my favorite Sustainable Fashion and Beauty Brands :

1 ) Spell Designs

One of my all time favorite brands is Spell ! And you have probably seen me wear them on every trip! Their vision is to become one of the most inspiring and conscious fashion brands in the world; read more about their incredible vision here.

2 ) Faithfull The Brand

Another fave is Faithfull – eco chic, sustainable and ethical in their practices. Love that they also give back and support the people who make these beautiful clothes.

3 ) Rothys

I have atleast 4 pairs of Rothy’s shoes and wear them on the daily cos they are so comfy! They are made from 100% recycled fibre from plastic water bottles.

4 ) Cleobella

Globally inspired, ethically handmade clothing. Been a long time fan of Cleobella since forever .

5 ) Outdoor voices

Fave sustainable activewear brand that are taking big steps in bringing eco chic to the athletic front.

6 ) Reformation

I have an endless love affair with this Cali brand – Reformation! They have taken inspiring efforts to male every step of their process as sustainable as possible.

7 ) Vitamin A

“Sustainability is sexy” – my no 1 favorite sustainable swim brand is Vitamin A! Their eco chic rib swim is a cult fave. I have it in a bunch of styles and colors.

8 ) Madewell

My go-to socially responsible denim brand.

9 ) Farm Rio

Love the bold and vivacious prints that Farm Rio is known for. With every purchase, this Brazilian label also plants one tree in the Amazon jungle, through One Tree Planted, an organization dedicated to recovering endangered forest ecosystems.

10 ) Free People

Free People’s selection of Care FP apparel features products that are consciously made to reduce the brand’s footprint and support its mission to be a little bit better every day.

11 ) Arnhem Clothing

12 ) Avana :

My favorite reusable travel water bottle is Avana, we never travel without them.

13 ) Sustainable (Clean) Beauty Brands :

1 ) REN Skincare – clean to the skin and clean to the planet! One of my fave clean skincare brands. By the end of 2021, they will be zero waste and a pioneer in recyclable beauty product packaging.

2 ) ILIA beauty : I have spoken about my love for ILIA for awhile now and aside from being my fave clean makeup brand why I love ILIA is for their thoughtful packaging centered around sustainability.

3) Lush Cosmetics : I am yet to meet someone who does not like Lush! They are one of my favorite places to shop for organic handmade bath and body products.
4) Caudalie : Great skin care products and they are a member of the “1 percent for the Planet” network. The brand contributes 1% of its profits towards environment protecting organizations and

by 2021, the brand will have planted more than 8 million trees in 8 countries!

5) Herbivore Botanicals : Natural, Vegan, and Cruelty-Free Skin Care Products in reusable Packaging. Been a longtime fan of this brand!

6) Biossance : Biossance scientists created a renewable plant based squalene ( instead of shark derived animal squalene). This sugarcane-derived version of squalane saves 2 million of these critical members of the ocean ecosystem every year.

7) Sunscreen : Reef safe sunscreen brands that I love are Coola, Supergoop and Sunbum.
