Lets get QuaranTONED! 30 min HIIT workout at home

 

I am so excited to team up with Liketoknow.it for this 30-min at-home HIIT cardio workout.

WORKOUT DETAILS :

9 exercises split into 3 pods ; each pod has 3 exercises
Timing is 45 sec on, 15 sec rest for each move
1 minute rest between pods.

Warm up for 1-2 minutes (on own before workout)

POD 1 (9 minutes)

Perform exercise 1, 2, 3 in order; 3x
Exercise 1 : Plyometric lunges
Exercise 2 : Squat burpee pyramid
Exercise 3 : Mountain climbers 10x and Fast Feet 10x

1 minute rest

POD 2 (9 minutes)
Perform exercise 4, 5, 6 in order; 3x
Exercise 4 : 180 degree burpees
Exercise 5 : Squat Pulse
Exercise 6 : Ice Skaters

1 minute rest

POD 3 (9 minutes)
Perform exercise 7, 8, 9 in order; 3x
Exercise 7 : Walkouts
Exercise 8 : Ab bikes
Exercise 9 : Seal Jacks

Cool down for 1-2 minutes (on own after workout)
