Couples who travel together, stay together! One of the best parts of being in a relationship is having a travel buddy for life. Anush and I absolutely love traveling together and are so grateful for all the valuable memories and experiences we have shared together, while exploring new parts of the world.
From our past travels, in this blog post I wanted to round up a list of our top Travel Bucket List ideas for Couples. These would make great vacay options for a honeymoon, special occasion or even a couples holiday that you want to take.

While beaches are our fave type of vacation, both Anush and I are suckers for mystical deserts! And there is nothing quite like the biggest desert in the world – the Sahara! Luxury glamping here was a dream come true. We especially loved the peace and solitude of the place as well as the camel rides on the never ending dunes, being able to see the milky way with our naked eyes (thanks to the 0 light pollution!), etc. Check out my travel guide HERE.
The Cook Islands is by far one of our favorite places we have ever visited! If you are looking for an untouched tropical paradise that is totally not commercialized, has very less tourists and still has its authentic traditional charm – the Cook Islands are for you! These South Pacific islands are some of the most pristine islands we have ever seen ; we are dying to return back asap! Check out my guides to the islands of Rarotonga and Aitutaki.
Hawaii is probably the destination we re-visit the most since we live in California. Maui is our fave Hawaiian island and is dear to us since we honeymooned here years ago! Maui still remains to be a fave with couples cos it offers so many fun things to do together. Check out my travel guide HERE.
Roadtrips are such a fun thing to do as a couple! Driving along the Chapmans Peak Drive (considered one of the most beautiful drives along the world!) is an absolute must if you ever go to South Africa. From the city of Cape Town, to the South African wine country, to safaris and the Cape of Good Hope this is one of the most unique places we have visited.
Our first trip to Mexico was to this unknown Baja destination and we instantly fell in love with it! The islands of Loreto are a UNESCO world heritage site and are also called the Galapagos of North America. if you love marine life and pristine islands – add this gem of a destination to your list stat.
Fiji boasts of some gorgeous islands and we can vouch for that! Visit the Yasawas or the Mamanuca Islands for that perfect tropical couples island vacay. Check out my guide to Fiji HERE.
