For the second half our stay in Phuket, we stayed at the chic and beautiful Twinpalms Phuket resort on Surin Beach. Right when you enter this resort you feel its serene and tranquil vibes. Set right opposite one of the most beautiful beaches on Phuket – Surin Beach, and conveniently located from the airport, its location is super convenient. What I loved about Twinpalms that it has the best of both – the feeling of a luxury resort as well as the feeling of a true tropical escape. The hotel is also part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the world.

My absolute favorite part about the resort was undoubtedly its palms for days al over the property as well as its gorgeous pool that spans almost the entire resort! Afternoons at the poolside under the shades of the never ending palms were so relaxing and peaceful. Other facilities include a library, spa as well as a gym. I used the gym everyday when I was there, it was well equipped and very clean.

We stayed in the Deluxe Palm Room, the room was so spacious, clean and comfortable and had a balcony with a stunning view of the the garden area.

Most of our time at Twinpalms was spent at Surin Beach. The resort pampers its guest with beach butler services, that feature luxury beach mats and beach coolers, both carried along with you from the resort to the beach by your own beach butler. I mean… I could get used to this! Surin beach was one of our fave beaches on the island. Vast stretches of golden sands, beautiful blue waters and killer sunsets. The beach isn’t super crowded, which was perfect. It made us feel as if we had our own little slice of paradise.

As for dining, Twinpalms has plenty of options to choose from! Right on property they have Oriental Spoon where we had a sumptuous breakfast every morning. They also serve complimentary Thai Fruits to their guests every afternoon. This was basically heaven for Anush and me, as we are both huge fruit lovers and loved the refreshing tropical fruits – so so delicious.

They also have three amazing restaurants all located close by to the resort and accessible by the free and convenient shuttle service provided by the resort. We tried HQ beach lounge for lunch and loved the delicious seafood, as well as the stunning views of Kamala beach.

Catch Beach Club on Bangtao beach is one of the trendiest and hottest beach clubs on the island of Phuket! We tried the fantastic bbq buffet here on one of the nights. The whole atmosphere is so chill and hip, we loved it! We stayed from the evening to sunset and beyond.

Our favorite restaurant was definitely Palm Seaside. Also located on Bangtao beach, the location is phenomenal with postcard perfect views for days. Pineapple drinks, the dreamiest sunset, yummy seafood and of course with my love in tow, this was the perfect end to our amazing stay in Phuket.
