Smocked off shoulder dress

How darling is this empire-waist smocked off shoulder dress from Urban Outfitters. I love the smocked bodice that opens up to a flowy skirt. Its a perfect option for a casual weekend affair, I wore it this past weekend to the Farmer’s market paired with this rad embroidered denim jacket from Minkpink as an extra layer for the evening. The dress also comes in a solid white or black color if you prefer that over prints.
