I just got back from a ten day trip to Florida. While the main purpose of my trip was to attend Miami Swim week, I took off a couple of days with Anush before the events to enjoy a summer weekend getaway in South Florida. While packing for my weekend getaway, I chose to shop at Marks and Spencer. They have a ton of super cute swim and beachwear for the summer, that are all so affordable and look so trendy! One thing I keep in mind while shopping for a summer trip is to look for pieces that I can repurpose and use in multiple outfits. Like this gorgeous Kaftan – that can be worn as a beach coverup or with a slip for a brunch; or this stunning floor length kimono that can be styled as a quick throw on over your bathing suit or styled with jeans and a tee for a night out. Also love this bold printed romper, the colors make it work for a day or night event.
I can never have too many black swimsuits, and this set from Marks and Spencer is absolutely beautiful. I love the rose gold foil detailing along the bandeau as well as along the bottom. It paired so well with my kimono as a coverup. The rose gold detail gives this such a luxe vibe, you honestly don’t need any accessories for this look!
And of course while packing for a getaway I make sure to pack cute accessories that I can pair with all my looks. I literally wore this straw hat and beach tote with every look during the weekend. Being neutral they are a great choice to pack on a trip as you can pair them with multiple outfits. These embroidered slides were the perfect accent to finish all my looks, they are so so comfy and scored me a ton of compliments throughout my trip ;).
