Another spring day, another floral dress! Well can you really blame me when the weather has been so incredibly amazing and flowers are in bloom everywhere; all I can think of is wearing pretty florals to celebrate the beautiful season. This Garden Party halter dress from Mink Pink is simply so darling. It has an adorable floral print all over and a flirty ruffled hem at the bottom. And its under $100! This print also comes in a one shoulder option which is so on trend for spring, love it.
