Denim Dress

This drop waist denim dress from ASOS is such a cutie, a perfect ensemble that you can style for any casual affair. Denim is the one fabric you can blindly wear whatever the form the clothing is in (provided the fit is right of course!) – jeans, shorts, skirt, a chambray shirt, overalls and even a dress like this. I love the loose airy fit to this dress – it had a drop waist and relaxed armholes as well. The rope straps are such a cute nautical detail in this number. If you aren’t a fan of the drop waist fit, ASOS has a ton of options to choose from for other styles of denim dresses!

I am convinced that the pom pom sandal trend is the most fun shoe trend for this spring/summer. While I already have two pairs of flat sandals, when I saw these adorable Pom pom wedge platforms I knew they had to be mine! These sure do make a statement to any look, and even though the platform looks big, they are super comfy. I finished the look with a neck tie and a simple saddle crossbody.
