Afternoon at the Ritz Carlton, Half Moon Bay

Two weekends ago, Anush and I had the pleasure of visiting one of our favorite locations in the Bay to spend the day – The Ritz Carlton at Half Moon Bay. With a location to die for, this is without a doubt one of the most gorgeous looking properties I have seen around here. It is conveniently located in the gorgeous coastal town of Half Moon bay and is just a short drive from SF or the Bay. Its so amazing that I can drive for just 45 minutes and feel like I have stepped into Europe, I cannot describe the beauty of this place in words. This luxury resort is set on a bluff overlooking the Pacific ocean and everywhere you turn, you have views for days. Our favorite meal of the week is definitely brunch and we were super excited to try the brunch buffet at the restaurant Navio. The spread was incredible (see here!) and I think its safe to say we definitely were stuffed to our hearts, stomachs and eyes content ( the restaurant has phenomenal views of the ocean !). After brunch, we decided to take a walk along the cliff walk. The weather was so amazing and the view of these pretty wildflowers on the bluffs against the ocean was simply stunning. Another great option is to lounge at the Ocean Terrace where you can still enjoy these views while staying cozy by the fire and enjoying some delicious hot chocolate and cookies or a glass of wine. But since we were so full, an afternoon walk seemed more inviting.
