We checked out of the Dream Inn after a fab weekend brunch at Aquarius Restaurant and headed to explore in and around the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This place is always so vibrant and bustling and has someone for everyone, whether you’re here for the rides, the treats, the beach or fun photo ops ! I love fun prints for the spring and summer, and this Palm trees shift dress from Molly Bracken was the perfect outfit for another glorious day out in the sun in Santa Cruz. I kept the whole look super casual and comfy, by pairing the dress with my white low top sneakers which I can’t get enough of! I also carried my trusty chambray shirt as an extra layer in case it got windy. A basic chambray shirt like this one from Cyn Jin is a must have in everyones closet! Whether its worn normally as a button down shirt, as an unbuttoned layer over a tank or dress or tied around the waist over an outfit, you can never ever go wrong with this denim essential.
