Coffee date

We just got back from a mini trip to Playa Del Carmen and Tulum; and although it was short it was so incredible! I cant wait to be back soon enough. Stay tuned for all the posts in the next week or two :).

Its not surprising that Cuppajyo loves her Cup of Joe ! I love checking out new coffee shops and revisiting old faves in and around my neighborhood. Since I work from home, I love getting out every once in awhile to work from a coffee shop on the weekdays and on weekends both Anush and I enjoy our regular weekend coffee run. One of my fave places in palo Alto is Bistro Maxine – they have the best lattes and crepes (sooo good!). This time we went after lunch so we chose to only get coffee but everytime we have gone here we have got the crepes and they have been fantastic!

This is pretty much my weekend uniform for a coffee date and strolling/running errands – casual ripped jeans + an airy lightweight knit + comfy sandals. Knits are not going anywhere from my wardrobe even though it is springtime here already and the weather has started warming up. Although I love looking for lighter more airy ones like this gorgeous Cooper St knit top. The crewneck detail with the modern stylish fringes along the sides of this top make it casual chic and fun flirty at the same time. You can also layer this top over a floral spring dress and nude heels for a more dressy look. I am also so excited that it’s finally open toe season! Call it Spring has the cutest sandals to get your feet spring ready. Lace up flats were huge for the fall and they have transitioned to open toe lace up sandals for the spring – super trendy and comfy. I opted for these neutral beige ones cos I can easily pair them with any outfit.
